Refund policy

Hi everyone! Welcome to Anica Lin, a small business dedicated to make you see how marvelous of a human being you are. I hand make and design all these little treasures and I hope you enjoy browsing my store as much as I did making them. I try my best to make sure we find the right fit best suited for you. Please review all my policies before making your purchase. I have tried to cover everything, but in the event of of anything missed or unclear, please feel free to contact me. Happy shopping!

Please contact us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!  

We do accept returns and exchanges:

Please email us within 14 days of receipt of your package with your intention to return your order. Please purchase "tracking" from your post office before returning item(s) and provide us with the tracking number. Once your item arrives back with us we will contact you to arrange a replacement item you are happy with or offer you shop credit. Your store credit will never expire, and can be used towards anything on our shop. We do not offer refunds at this time.

Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer's expense and will not be refunded. 

The items can’t be returned or exchanged:
- custom orders (larger/smaller in size or length, personalized items and any additional changes made to the original design.)
- items with specific gemstones

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached. ANICA LIN  reserves the right to refuse to offer shop credit or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
