Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- Standard shipping via national registered post service (slower shipping). Free Worldwide shipping.
- Express shipping via DHL or Fedex ( faster and safer way to receive orders). Additional cost depends on the region.

SHIPPING DURATION:
Standard*
- Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, China, S. Korea, Singapore 5 – 10 business days;
- U.S.A, Australia, Canada, Europe and other countries 10 – 20 business days; 

- NB Due to covid restrictions in Hong Kong shipping to the United states by regular registered mail will be severely delayed, if possible please select courier services. 

Express
- Asia 1 – 4 business days;
- US, Australia, Canada, Europe and other countries 2 – 7 business days;

All orders over the 2400 HKD (250 EURO) will be automatically shipped by Express mail for FREE!

We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

* Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
* Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves Hong Kong. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the Hong Kong postal system.
* Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

DELAYED SHIPPING:
Please note, shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. ANICA LIN JEWELRY cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

If you don't receive your order within 30 days, please write to us and we will start the investigation process with our post office. After investigation (in some cases it might take up to 90 days and this is beyond our control), if it appears that the parcel is lost, we will make a refund in store credit or send you a new item(s)! If the items are of higher value we will suggest you to insure it via express shipping and can not be held responsible if you have decided to choose otherwise. 

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.

*Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be shipped during the Christmas season. The shipping service/time of the packages are beyond our control.

**Shipping update 1th of January, 2021: shipping to most countries via national post is getting back to normal timeframes. However, there still might be some unexpected delays. Therefore, we would recommend you to choose Express shipping option, which is a faster and safer way to receive orders.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORTANT TAXES:
The customer/recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We do recommend to contact your local customs for more information.

* Uncollected items are not refunded.
** If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to the customer not being present at the address at the time allotted by the carrier, or if any customer refuses to accept the products on delivery, we reserve the right charge for the cost of returning products to us.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
- All orders are shipped to your provided address. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
