Rachel ring size: 6 1/4

Preference of white gold 18K with asscher cut aquamarine 1.075ct (also known as the gem  of the state of Colorado symbolizing a connection to her hometown.) A gem that was used by sailors as a talisman of good luck, protection and fearlessness. Aquamarine comes from the Latin - aqua marinas which translates to the "water of the sea" 

Rachel's design inspiration: Nature and her walks through the woods/ parks in Minnesota where she can sit in the peace and quiet either reflecting on her thoughts internally or journaling. 

Keywords: simple, asymmetrical, clean-cut, organic, shining a light on people, communities that are forgotten, interested in fascinating subject matter such as: paganism. Storyteller/ creative/ open-minded 

Things to note: investigative journalist (uses her hands a lot, so design must be protected, slightly sturdier and comfortable for long term use) 

Emily ring size: 8 1/4

Still deciding on the color of gold (18k gold, white or rose), likes designs to be geometric, minimalist. The focus is the metal and the design of it. 

Emily's design inspiration: niche design that is geometric, squares, a ring that is not too chunky and or delicate. Things she does to relax and center herself: horror films, support of close friends and family (especially Rachel), reading, writing and watching sports.

Things to note: She won't be wearing her ring all the time at work because of the nature of her work. I will make it medium sized and as comfortable as possible with an impeccable finish. Could include chain so she can wear the ring as a necklace when she is at work instead of on her hand.
